“Do You Have Any Questions for Us?” — YES!
Your Questions in an Interview are as Important as Theirs

Hopefully, you have weaved a few of your questions into the natural flow of the conversation, but always have questions ready for the end of the interview. Allotted time may be running out, but your carefully considered questions will leave the interviewer with a positive impression of you and your thought process:

  • What are the goals for this position? How do you measure success?
  • How will this position contribute to the short- and long-term growth strategy for the company?
  • How would you describe the company’s values? What characteristics do you look for to represent those values?
  • After reviewing my resume and hearing about my background, do you feel that I am a good fit for this position?

Finish with a brief statement that explains why you are the ideal fit for this position and ask what the next steps will be in the hiring process.
